Notes
A warm and welcoming family in Woollahra is looking for an experienced, organised and nurturing nanny to support their growing family. They have three children: two daughters aged 5 and 3, an 18-month-old son, and are expecting twins in October. The primary focus of this role will be caring for and supporting the family’s three older children. The daughters attend school on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, while their younger son attends childcare on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The family is looking for a loving, reliable and highly organised nanny who will become a valued part of their family and build a strong, long-term relationship with their children. The ideal candidate will be calm, emotionally present, proactive and adaptable, with a genuine love for children and a deep understanding of child development. They will be confident managing the varying routines of three young children while remaining responsive to each child’s individual needs. The family is committed to a screen-free environment and is looking for a nanny who shares this philosophy, creating meaningful opportunities for learning, creativity and connection through everyday experiences. They value someone who communicates openly, takes initiative and works independently while providing consistent, reliable support to the family. The family is also open to splitting the role between two exceptional candidates.
