Notes

• There is some flexibility regarding the days for the right candidate. (could be only two days if preferred)
• Full drivers licence required (to drive a family vehicle)
• Must be confident driver.
• Must be comfortable around cats.
• Mum would be working from home.

An ideal Nanny would be someone mature, caring, loving, respectful, nurturing and calm. Should be experienced and confident, with a positive attitude and a deep understanding of child development. A genuine love for children is essential.  The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the family, bringing creativity to everyday activities. The family values a nanny who is fully present and engaged with their child, prioritising connection and responsiveness to his needs. They would greatly appreciate a nanny who minimizes phone use, except when necessary for communication with the parents, and shares their commitment to a screen-free environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who aligns with these values and can design and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences that foster growth and curiosity without the use of screens.

Responsibilities

• Follow child's routine
• Educational Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences for their little boy.
• Fun Outings: Organize engaging outings to museums, libraries, parks, music class  and playgroups.
• Healthy Cooking: Prepare nutritious meals for their little one.  (Dairy Allergy to be considered)

Requirements

• Long-Term Commitment: Seeking someone who plans to stay in Sydney for the long term to foster a stable and nurturing bond with their child.
• Experience & Skills: Studies in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and safe environment for their child
• Full drivers licence.
• WWCC number, First Aid, Police Check and three contactable references
