The ideal nanny for this loving family will be reliable, committed, and caring, with a warm, nurturing approach that is attuned to the needs of their 18-month-old daughter. She will foster her growth and development in a calm and respectful environment, while being familiar with conscious/aware parenting (or open to learning about it). She will live a low-tox, holistic lifestyle or share similar values, take initiative, and create a safe, nurturing space for the child. Additionally, she will avoid wearing fragrances to maintain a low-tox environment and have a genuine love for children, paired with a deep understanding of child development.

Responsibilities

• Follow child's routine: Ensure consistency and structure throughout the day
• Engaging Activities: Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning
• Healthy Meal  Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for their little one as needed
• Light Housework: Assist with tidying up spaces used during the day and light house work tasks such as folding laundry.

Requirements

• Native English Speaker preferably.
• Low-tox, holistic lifestyle.

• Long-term commitment to establish a strong bond with their daughter
• Relevant childcare experience and/or qualifications in Early Childhood Education
• Valid WWCC, First Aid, and Police Check
• Three contactable references
