Loving family in Bellevue Hill, NSW is looking for a kind and nurturing Nanny/Mother’s Helper for their 3 boys (3.5 years old, 2 years old and 3 months old baby.)

Notes

• Mum would be around, she needs help with the morning routine while She goes to the gym, gets children to swimming lessons and do drop offs to other activities. Won’t usually have sole care of three children but needs to be able to manage if that’s the case.

.An ideal Nanny would be someone caring, kind, loving, respectful, nurturing and calm. Should be experienced and confident with young babies, with a positive attitude and a deep understanding of child development. A genuine love for children is essential.  The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive and able to adapt to the needs of the family, bringing creativity to everyday activities.

The family values a nanny who is fully present and engaged with their children, prioritising connection and responsiveness to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow children’s routine
• Educational Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate play-based learning experiences for their little boys.
• Light Housework: Assist with light household chores to keep their home tidy.

Requirements

• Long-Term Commitment: Seeking someone who plans to stay in Sydney for the long term to foster a stable and nurturing bond with their children.
• Experience & Skills: Studies in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and safe environment for their children.
• WWCC number, First Aid, Police Check and three contactable references
