An ideal Nanny would be someone caring, loving, respectful, nurturing and calm. Should be experienced and confident, with a positive attitude and a deep understanding of child development. A genuine love for children is essential.  The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the family, bringing creativity to everyday activities. The family values a nanny who is fully present and engaged with their little girl, prioritising connection and responsiveness to her needs. They would greatly appreciate a nanny who minimizes phone use, except when necessary for communication with the parents, and shares their commitment to a screen-free environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who aligns with these values and can design and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that foster growth and curiosity without the use of screens.

    • Follow child’s routine.
    • Educational Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences for their child.
    • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
    • Keeping parents informed of the child’s progress and any concerns.
    • Healthy Cooking: Prepare nutritious meals for their little one.
    • Light Housework: Assist with light household chores to keep their home tidy.

    • Long-Term Commitment: Seeking someone who plans to stay in Sydney for the long term to foster a stable and nurturing bond with their daughter.
    • Experience & Skills: Studies in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and safe environment for their baby.
    • WWCC number, First Aid, Police Check and three contactable references.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
    • Fluent in English
