An ideal Nanny would be someone caring, loving, organised, respectful, nurturing and calm. Should be experienced and confident, with a positive attitude and a deep understanding of child development. A genuine love for children is essential.  The ideal candidate will be flexible Someone that enjoys supporting busy families and has a proactive attitude. Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for their children.
• Manage daily routines including meals, naps, educational activities, and
• playtime.
• Plan and execute engaging age-appropriate activities that promote their holistic development.
• Assist with homework and extracurricular activities.
• Liaise with parents to ensure consistent communication regarding the children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in children’s areas.
• Accompany the family on travel as required.
• Light Housework: Tidying children’s rooms and play areas. Kitchen after meal preparation and feeding the children.

Requirements

• A genuine love for children and for making a positive impact in their lives.
• Long-Term Commitment: Seeking someone who plans to stay in for the long term to foster a stable and nurturing bond with their children.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nanny experience.
• Formal childcare qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working with children of various ages, particularly Boys 3-5.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification are highly desirable.
• Excellent references from previous families or employers.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• WWCC Number (Working With Children Check)
• First Aid and CPR Provider Certificate or wiliness to obtain one.
• Police Check.
• Full Driver’s Licence
