Responsibilities

Follow the child’s routine: Provide consistent, responsive care while supporting his daily routine. Educational Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that support his natural development, curiosity and growing independence. Fun Outings: Organise engaging outings to parks, playgrounds, libraries, music classes and playgroups. Healthy Cooking: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, supporting healthy eating habits and positive mealtime experiences. Light Household Duties: During nap times, assist with child-related household tasks such as tidying toys, the child’s laundry and unloading the dishwasher.

Requirements

Long-Term Commitment: Seeking someone who plans to stay in Sydney for the long term to foster a stable and nurturing bond with their son. Experience & Skills: Studies in Early Childhood Education and prior professional nanny or childcare experience, including experience caring for toddlers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a warm, safe and stimulating environment that supports healthy development. Current WWCC, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Police Check, and three contactable references.
